1. All new web site developments require a 50% up front payment of the total estimated project cost. This does not apply to the hosting of the web site.
2. All new web site developments will be supported for the duration that the site is hosted with Xtranet Internet Services or if we agreed to support it on another host of your choice.
3. We will correct critical function errors on the site for two consecutive weeks after the site has been launched. After that any changes will be billable.
4. All changes has to be corrected during the development. After the web site sign off, we will not make any changes without over viewing the costs involved.
